Age: 25 years or older.
Note: This requirement will be considered on a case-by-case basis, as the goal is to have life experience.
Application, Training & Reporting Requirements
Submit the attached application for consideration by the Director and Board.
A personal interview may be required, at the Director’s request.
If you are selected to be a mentor, training will involve one day (eight hours), led by the Director.
A written report will be required after each session to brief the Director about the session. Periodic reviews with the Director may also be required.
